What is a will?
You can decide for yourself who gets your belongings after your death. Your inheritance includes your assets and possessions, but also your debts after death. You could have your wishes recorded in your will.
A will is a notarial deed, drawn up by the notary. You can have a will drawn up from the age of sixteen. If you do not have a will, the law determines who your heirs are and what they receive from your inheritance.
