Interpreters

As the number of our non-Dutch speaking clients increases, we specialize in providing our services in different languages. Marks Wachters Notarissen considers it important that its clients know what agreements or deeds they sign, what the consequences are and that its clients are properly informed about this. We have a broad experience in providing services to non-Dutch speaking clients, in drawing up deeds and other documents in different languages, and also meetings in other languages are possible. Marks Wachters has access to a network of interpreters and translators to assist its clients.

We involve our interpreters when clients from abroad buy a house in The Netherlands, enter into financing or when entrepreneurs want to start a company and the incorporator does not speak Dutch or English. Although all deeds are executed in Dutch, during the execution of the deed an interpreter is present to communicate the contents of the deeds to clients in different languages. Entrepreneurs often need the notarial deeds in English, German, French or Polish to do business in their country of domicile with their Dutch company. We therefore offer the deeds in multiple languages, if required.
